The Center For Every Body is in network with the following insurance companies: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Medical Mutual, Oscar, Oxford, and United Health Care. In the event that we are not in network with your insurance, our fees are as follows: intake session is $200 and all additional sessions are $175 for 50 minutes. If we are unable to take your insurance, we would be happy to provide a super bill that you may submit to insurance and your insurance can then reimburse you, if you have out of network benefits. We have decided to begin implementing a new sliding scale protocol borrowed from N. Oumou Sylla, LMFT--The Anti-Oppressive Rate Questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is to help folks consider various factors pertinent to their financial situation when determining the rate to pay as those who are more financially secure often underestimate their stability while those who have less disposable income often overestimate their ability to pay. We will not run any financial checks on you--this is an honor-based questionnaire.

Please consider the questions below to determine your sliding scale rate moving forward by tallying the number of yes/no answers and replying to this email with which rate tier you feel able to pay:

1. Are you and your family homeowners/landowners? (does not apply to those who are Native or Indigenous)

2. Did you grow up with enough money, but now you are going through a time when money is tight?

3. Are you able-bodied?

4. Do you have a degree that you did not pay for with loans (private and/or federal)?

5. Are you able to make payments on bills or credit cards?

6. Are more than half your bills on auto-pay?

7. Do you experience housing security or stability?

8. Do you work part-time by choice?

9. Do you work for less pay by choice?

10. Do you experience ease when paying bills?

11. Do you have a relatively high degree of earning power due to your level of or kind of education (or gender and racial privilege, class background, etc...even if you are not currently exercising your earning power, I ask you to recognize this as a choice)?

12. Do you have access to residual, gifted, supplemental, or passive income?

13. Have you been able to easily access and afford health insurance for yourself?

14. Do you have income generating assets (real estate, investments, stocks)?

15. Do you have little to no debt?

16. Are you able to financially manage your debt?

Rate determination:

All/Mostly "Yes" Responses--Tier 1: consider paying the full session fee ($175/hour)

Equal "Yes" & "No" Responses--Tier 2: 25% off session fee ($131.25/hour)

Mostly "No" Responses--Tier 3: 50% off session fee ($87.50/hour)]
