You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, body image concerns, disordered eating, relationship challenges, or a major life transition. Perhaps you’re feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making meaningful changes.
Supporting people in developing healthier coping strategies and creating a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling is an honor to me. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, identify what’s getting in the way, and build practical tools to help you navigate life’s ups and downs with greater confidence and self-compassion.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that therapy works best when you feel respected and understood. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT), I help clients develop insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward the goals that matter most to them. I am able to provide therapeutic meal support with clients who are seeking it in session as well.
Whether you’re seeking support for a specific challenge or simply looking for a space to grow and reflect, therapy can be an opportunity to better understand yourself and create lasting change. Taking the first step can be difficult, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to support you on your journey.
In my spare time I enjoy sewing quilts and growing flowers. I also love coming up with new nicknames for my two dogs.
If you’d like to take the next step on your journey, I would love to schedule an intake with you so I can learn about you individual needs!
